A former coworker and I have partnered up to consult on the design of a local live music venue in our spare time. The client purchased an old movie theater that they are gutting and renovating to include a stage and two bars, one of which will serve as a hidden, members only speakeasy area. The following renderings are still in progress, with further views of the members area in development to be used for marketing purposes. For liability reasons, we will not be providing specific construction documents or specifications, but are providing recommendations on the design concept, including finish and FF&E suggestions.
